I’m always here…

September 25th, 2010

Watched this movie about 3 weeks ago. Just felt like a rom-com to cheer me up abit, and of course it did anything but.

I guess it’s hard to see people deliriously happy and in love when you yourself have fallen hard OUT of love, and that was a couple of years ago? How time flies. Fairytale endings are like it is, fairytales. It’s funny how friends and family thought I was the one getting hitched first, and now, I’m seeing everyone else tie the knot and have babies.

This has been the ‘top played’ song on my playlist for weeks… you’ll love it.

    I know the feeling. That’s why I stay away from romantic comedies. While I don’t begrudge anyone their happiness, I also shun people who can’t stop talking about their love lives, and couples who get all lovey dovey in front of me.

    Once in awhile its ok, but if they are like that 24/7 it gets annoying yes. But i love rom coms… i just hate how it makes me feel AFTErwards.

    I think you should stop harping on your past and get on with your life.
    by the way, what are the minimum requirements that a guy has to have, in order to ask you out?

    I totally get what you are saying. Was with my ex for almost 3 years, talked about marriage and even almost made a downpayment for a flat. But one fine day, he told me he no longer loved me, and that if he married me and became a commercial pilot, he will cheat on me with the stewardesses (?!). Doesn’t help that everyone around me are getting hitched and stuff. But I’m sure things will look up soon, after all, when you are down, the only way is up. :)

    Funny, I get the exact same way after a sinful meal :)

    So I guess moderation in all things is the key to a happy life…

    Great! :) glad someone is appreciating the tunes!

    @Grace
    Ok that’s not a very nice thing to say to you. that he will cheat on you with a stewardesss! why a stewardess? convenience? thats a bit rude if you asked me. You’re better off honey without him!

    @Bi-Polar Bear
    …..hmm…. who are you……

    @Jason
    Am getting on with my life, but just getting on doesn’t make things better :) hAhah min requirement, sounds so formal. I do have requirements, but if I told you, it defeats the purpose. You want to discover those qualities.

    Hugs!!!!! I know its not easy. I have heard so many friends say it finds you when you are not looking. Your “requirements”. Pen them down on paper, the lock that list away and throw away the key. One day he will find you, have faith. In the mean time keep doing what you are doing, enjoy family, friends and time with yourself.
