    mystripesocks: HAHHAhaha no no i don’t have vitamins to make me do all that. its really not alot. Weekends are spent mountain biking. weedays work. modelling once in a blue mooon. i don’t do alot.

    Hi sweet Angela..
    I’ve been reading you blog for a while now and would like to subscribe to it hee hee and link your blog on mine if you don’t mind. I’ve recently moved to NY and you’ve inspired me to start cyclying again.. (used to do loads of it socially when I was younger)so I told my boyfriend it would be better to get me a bike instead of a todd’s handbag, and I bought him a Garmen Edge 305 for Christmas. :)

    i think the garmin edge is fantastic! with the software on the comp, it maps out everything.

I know from the past you have encountered such issues with people stealing stuff off your site, could you please briefly tell me (us) what you found out and your process on copyright protection?     Cheryl: You can look at what is called a creative common license… just go to http://creativecommons.org/

    unfortunately you can’t really stop it. I had problems with people using my pictures as avatars on forums. The problem will never go away, unless you stop posting pictures all together. But what’s the fun in that.. no pictures on a blog?

    the best is the creativecommons.. its the easiest to get hold of..

    THere is an orientation ride on oct 21 at ubin on the new mtb trail.

    UR Blog???? hehhee very intresting.. I just start cycling 4 mths ago…
    I can said that I start my 1st cycling was on the day Penang Jamboree 2009 ..I went there too to PG Hill and down hye keat estate…damm hard.. but i did not joint the Jamboree..I stop at least 7 times to before reach 168(Penang Hill)..

    Anyway now I’m ok..fully trained can reach there none stop..

    Hahaha..guess you were catching your breath in the trail and I was also not sure if I call out to the wrong person…You can do it…just need time to push it…we are cycling this wed nite from jalan kayu esso at 9pm to Mandai shell station..do join us if u want some motivation…

    I was looking for KR videos to help in my race and saw your clips…back in those days…u were great…u can do it again…cheers

    It’s on raod using my full sus….np..I try to do wed’s road and sat morn trail….let me know if want to ride together…I hook u up…but my experience in mtb just 4 months…unlike u went for so many adventure races..so hardcore..

    Well I’m finally home too, in Los Angeles, after my looooong Asia work trip… and am perfectly content with the weather here!
